NYA Panther Ice Hockey delivers a high-level prep hockey experience where student-athletes are inspired to compete, grow, and lead. With exceptional coaching, top-tier facilities, and a demanding competitive schedule, we prepare players to succeed on the ice, in the classroom, and beyond.
Prep Hockey at NYA
North Yarmouth Academy combines rigorous college-preparatory academics with a comprehensive hockey program designed for motivated student-athletes. Our players develop skill, strength, and hockey IQ while representing NYA with pride and purpose.
Our varsity teams compete in the New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC) against some of the strongest prep programs in New England and the Northeast. The boys team competes in the Holt Conference, while the girls team plays in the Vaillancourt Conference and has won the conference tournament for the past two years. A 30–32 game schedule provides meaningful competition and exposure to college and junior hockey recruiters. Our junior varsity program serves as a key developmental pathway, focusing on skill development and readiness for varsity play.
