About Our Day Camp

Our signature day camp for children ages 5-10* offers something for everyone. All programs are based in NYA’s Middle School building with plenty of time spent outside on NYA’s beautiful campus. Camp is designed to foster friendships, learning, teamwork, and of course, fun! Each week, campers participate in rotations of traditional day camp activities like: sports and games, arts and crafts, water fun with sprinklers, beginning archery, and nature hikes. A weekly special event adds to the fun. Most weeks, campers will be split into groups by age as follows: 5-7 year-old Jr. Panthers and 8-10 year-old Sr. Panthers.** They will come together to participate in large group games. It’s going to be an unforgettable summer – we can’t wait to have you share it with us!

*5 year olds MUST BE entering first grade in the fall to sign up for Super Summer Day Camp sessions.

**On weeks with a smaller total number of campers registered, these groups may spend a majority of their day together.

Full Day sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with the option of  After Care from 3:00-5:00 p.m. for an additional $50 per session.

Campers should come each day with a lunch, two snacks, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, change of clothes, and a water bottle. Because we are so active each day, please be sure campers dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. See the Family Handbook for detailed packing list.

After Care is a well-supervised and loosely structured time outside of the normal camp program time. After Care runs from 3:00-5:00 p.m. for an additional $50 per session. Please sign your camper up for After Care during the registration process for each session. After Care takes place in the Middle School.

Choose to sign your camper up for more than one week of camp and take advantage of our 10% multi-session discount!

Don’t miss our EARLY BIRD discount! Register by April 15, 2022 to save $25 per registration.

Please note that a $50 non-refundable deposit per camper, per session is due at the time of registration. This deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation.
