Lunch Bunch Program Enrollment Agreement, 2021-2022

  • In consideration of the acceptance of this Enrollment Agreement by North Yarmouth Academy (the "Academy"), the undersigned agree(s) to pay the stated annual tuition charges for the above-named student.

    Students enrolled in the Lunch Bunch Program may stay for lunch with their peers from 11:40 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. on days the Lower School is open for classes. The Lunch Bunch Program is available only to Primary 1 and 2 students enrolled in the half-day program. NYA is not able to offer the Lunch Bunch Program for drop-ins due to state ratio and staffing regulations.

    I wish to participate in the Lunch Bunch Program for the tuition amount of $1,550.

  • Equal installment payments will be due on August 1 and December 1.
  • I/we understand by signing this Agreement I/we accept the terms stated herein and I/we accept the Academy’s educational programs and any modifications deemed beneficial by the Academy as well as the rules and regulations of the Academy. Furthermore, I/we agree that in the event of default in the payment of any installment provided for in this contract, the above student will not be permitted to continue in the Lunch Bunch Program, and that I will be responsible for reasonable costs of collections, including attorney’s fees, for any outstanding amounts due under this Agreement. I/we understand that a monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be computed on balances outstanding more than 30 days and that this is an annual percentage rate of 18% compounded.

    Also, by signing below, I/we understand and accept that enrollment, as specified within this contract, may be cancelled in writing by the parents or guardians without further financial obligation on or before May 31, 2021; and that any withdrawal after May 31, 2021 will require payment of the full academic year’s Lunch Bunch Program tuition selected in this Agreement.
