NYA Holiday Craft Fair – CANCELLED 2020

NYA Holiday Craft Fair – CANCELLED 2020

Always on the first Saturday in December, the Holiday Craft Fair is held in conjunction with Yarmouth’s Hometown Holidays. Due to the pandemic, we are unable to host the NYA Craft Fair this year. We considered many options to possibly make it happen, but we felt it just wouldn’t be the same. The large crowds, festive holiday spirit, and the many amazing crafters are at the heart of what makes this event so special. With so much uncertainty about this virus and our commitment to keeping our facilities safe for the NYA community, we cannot move forward with the event in 2020.  We hope to see you again next year!

If you have any questions, or are a crafter and would like to be placed on our mailing list, please contact the NYA Craft Fair Volunteers at NYAcraftfair@gmail.com.

More Details About the NYA Craft Fair

Ordinarily, the North Yarmouth Academy Parents’ Association hosts the Annual Holiday Craft Fair and Book Sale on the first Saturday in December from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in North Yarmouth Academy’s gymnasium (154 Main Street) and Safford Center cafeteria (148 Main Street) in Yarmouth. This annual event is usually held in conjunction with a town-wide holiday celebration:  Yarmouth Hometown Holidays. At the NYA Craft Fair, over 60 vendors from across the state present a diverse variety of crafts including artwork, photography, jewelry, candles, soap, alpaca products, blown glass, woodworking, and much more. The fair includes a sit-down lunch at the NYA Café and holiday music by the NYA chorus.  Money raised from booth rental fees helps support NYA teacher grant requests. We are hope to see you at our fair in 2021. Stay healthy!
