American Cancer Society posters will be up in the rink, and the NYA teams will wear special cancer awareness jerseys. “Our NYA boys and girls hockey programs reach a large audience in Maine and throughout New England. These awareness games are opportunities to spread an important message about the impact of cancer, and we’re proud of the teams using their voice to do just that,” said NYA Athletic Director Kelsy Ross.
