Strengthening Our Community
The NYA Parents' Association supports and strengthens the school through a variety of volunteer-led initiatives. We promote school spirit and foster a strong sense of community by responding to the needs of the faculty and staff with volunteer support and financial resources. As a result of several fundraising programs, we administer a grant program designed to support school needs outside of the regular budget. We also implement programs for NYA parents on a range of parenting topics.
As a parent or guardian of an NYA student, you are a member of the Parents' Association. We understand that the demands of daily life can make it difficult to volunteer. Our organization is flexible, and you'll find a wide range of volunteer tasks. Many of our projects are limited in scope and well suited to today's crazy schedules.
