NYA Black Friday Hockey Clinic

NYA Hosting Black [and orange] Friday Hockey Clinic for Boys & Girls

While mom and dad shop for great Black Friday deals, the kids can lace ‘em up for the afternoon at NYA’s Black (and Orange) Friday Hockey Clinic. The NYA Make-A-Wish Club will once again be holding a coed hockey clinic at NYA’s Travis Roy Ice Arena on Friday, November 23. Check-in begins at 11:00 a.m. Players will take the ice from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. with a food break in between. NYA Black (and Orange) Friday Hockey Clinic is open to skaters of all skill levels from Mites to Pee Wees. Full hockey gear is required. NYA boys varsity coach Mike Warde, NYA girls varsity coach Paval Navrat, and members of NYA boys and girls varsity ice hockey teams will teach the kids stick handling, skating, and situational skills that will give them the extra edge in their youth leagues. The cost is $75 per skater. All of the proceeds go to the Maine Chapter of Make-A-Wish.

Register online at http://www.nya.org/black-friday-hockey-clinic/. Registration online is preferred for headcount but walk-ins are welcome.
