Augusta Civic Center

Take I-295 to I-95 north to Augusta. Take exit 112A. At bottom of ramp, at first set of lights, take a right. The UMA cross country venue is up behind the Civic Center.

Bangor High School

Off I-95, take Broadway Exit 185, and at the light go right. You will go through several lights. You will pass McDonald's, Governors, KFC, Friendly's, Kelley Pontiac, etc. After you pass RiteAid (on your right), go up over the hill (WZON radio station will be on the right and you will see Bangor High School in the background) and take a right on Hobart Street. There will be a Christian Science Church on the corner. Follow Hobart Street, and the high school will be on your left. The soccer field is to the left of the high school beside the tennis court.

Bangor High School - Sawyer Arena

From I-95, take Exit 183 -- Hammond Street Extension. Turn right onto Hammond Street, then left onto 13th Street. You will see the arena.

Bath -- Morse High School Field

Take I-295 to Brunswick (Exit 28), then Route1 to Bath and the Congress Street exit. Take a right at the end of the ramp, then take the next right onto Congress Street. Go 1-1/2 miles. Field is on the left, behind courts.

Belfast -- Troy Middle School

Take Route 1 North to Belfast. In Belfast there is one set of traffic lights. At these lights, take a left onto Lincolnville Ave. Troy Middle School is 1/3 of a mile up Lincolnville Ave. on the right.
OR
I-295 North to I-95 to Augusta. Get off 95 and onto Route 3 (Exit 109). Take route 3 until the junction of Route 3 and Route 1. At this junction, take a right. Follow this road until a traffic light (one block away) and then take a right onto Lincolnville Rd. Troy Middle School is 1/3 of a mile up Lincolnville Rd. on the right.

Berlin, NH -- Berlin High School (Notre Dame Ice Arena)

From Yarmouth, take Route 115 to Gray Center. In Gray Center, take Route 26 to Bethel. In Bethel, take Route 2 west through Gorham, NH to Route 16. Take Route 16 north to Berlin, NH. Once in Berlin, go to the top of the knoll and turn left at the bank (center of town), follow to the intersection of Route 110 and Route 16 south, turn left. [***BUSES MUST FOLLOW ROUTE 110 TRUCK ROUTE DUE TO LOW CLEARANCES*** Cross railroad tracks and follow truck route back to Route 110.] Turn left onto Route 110 and follow to the "T" in the road, turn right. Go across the railroad tracks and the Arena will be immediately on your left.

Berwick Academy (Dover, NH Ice Arena)

Maine Turnpike south to Exit 19, Wells/Sanford. Bear right off ramp and then left onto Route 9. Follow Route 9 into North Berwick. Take a left onto Route 4 and follow signs to South Berwick. Turn left at stop sign and follow Route 4 to Dover, NH. Ice arena is on the right, approximately 3/4 mile, across from Philbrick's Sporting Goods.

Berwick Academy (Rochester, NH Ice Arena)

Maine Turnpike south to Exit 32, take Route 111 to Sanford. Pick up Routes 202 & 11 to Rochester. In town, go through the first set of lights (BankEast will be on the right.) At second set of lights, with Cumberland Farms on the right, turn right. Pass Kentucky Fried Chicken. Before a road merges from the left, turn left, crossing over the road onto Lowell Street. Brocks Lumber, a large green building, will be on the right: beyond Brocks is the YMCA and arena.

Berwick Academy

Maine Turnpike south to Exit 19, Wells/Sanford. Bear right off ramp. Take a left onto Route 9 and follow into North Berwick. Take a left onto Route 4 and follow to the village of South Berwick. Turn left onto Academy Street across from Dunkin Donuts. The Academy is on the hill.

Biddeford Schools Athletics Locations

Biddeford Ice Arena and YMCA
Take Interstate 95 (Maine Turnpike) to Exit 32 - Biddeford. Go through tollbooth and stay in the left hand turning lane. Turn left onto Route 111, Alfred Road. After the second light, look for Amato's on your left. Turn left between Amato's and the Biddeford Motel. For the Arena (hockey): Follow the road around to the right. The Arena parking lot entrance is on the right. For the YMCA (swimming): The building sets back on the hill on the left side of the road.

Steve White Gym (volleyball)
Take Interstate 95 (Maine Turnpike) to Exit 32 - Biddeford. Go through tollbooth and stay in the left hand turning lane. Turn left onto Route 111, Alfred Road. After the third set of lights (right after Staples Shopping Plaza), turn left onto May Street. The road curves around to the right. Stay on May Street till you come to a T-stop. Turn left onto South Street. Once you go over the railroad track bridge, turn right onto Maplewood Avenue. The Steve White Gym is the first driveway on the left, at the beginning of the high school building.

Bonny Eagle

From Gray: Travel on Route 35 to Standish. As you approach the Bonny Eagle campus, there is a transportation facility on your right with a sign that reads "MSAD #6 Transportation Facility." Take a right at this sign. The field is straight ahead of you.

Boothbay Regional High School

Take I-295 to Brunswick (Exit 28), then Route 1 thru Wiscasset, take right onto Rte. 27 South. Follow Rte. 27 south for about 15 miles. School will be on your right directly across from the Boothbay YMCA.

Brewer (Bouchard Arena)

The ice arena is on the Acme Road, off Wilson Street in Brewer. After passing the front of the high school, go to the lights and take a left. Stay left at the traffic island and go through two sets of lights. At the second light, take a left and follow Acme Road to the end. The arena is on the left.

Brewster Academy

Take Route 25 West into New Hampshire to Route 16 South. Take a left onto Route 16 South just after going under an overpass. Take Route 16 to Route 28 South -- right turn onto Route 28. Continue on Route 28 into Wolfeboro. After Route 28 turns to left in center of town, school and fields are on the right.

Bridgton Academy

Maine Turnpike to Exit 48. Follow signs to Bridgton on Route 302 (about 40 miles). At the traffic light in Bridgton, go straight ahead on Route 117 to North Bridgton (3 miles). At North Bridgton-Waterford sign, turn left onto Route 37. Follow signs to the Academy on the left.

Brooks School

Take I-95 South to Rte. 495 South. Take Exit 43-44 (Merrimack St./Sutton St.). Stay to the right on the ramp. At the end of the ramp turn left onto Sutton Street. Follow this to the end (Airport on left, China Blossom Restaurant on right). Take a left onto Rte. 125. At the next light (Tredwells Ice Cream on right), turn right onto Rte. 133. Follow Rte. 133 along lake for 1.4 miles. Road will bear right (Brooks sign in trees - Do not take the entrance off of Rte. 133). Follow road around pond to the next entrance on your right (You will see construction equipment). Hockey rink is on your right.

Brunswick High School

From I-295, take Exit 28 for Brunswick (Coastal Route 1). At the third traffic light, go straight onto Pleasant Street into downtown Brunswick. After two more traffic lights, turn right onto Maine Street. Proceed straight on Maine Street for about two miles until it forks right onto Maquoit Road (small blue "High School" sign). Follow Maquoit Road for 1/2 mile, and the High School will be on the right.

Old Brunswick High School: Take 295 North to exit 28 (Brunswick), stay on Rte. 1 North. Take a right on Stanwood Street (at light where there is a Cumberland Farms on your left, and a laundromat on your right). Stay on Stanwood Street, take a left at the stop sign. The Old Brunswick High School is immediately on your left.

Brunswick Junior High: Take 295 North to exit 28 (Brunswick), stay on Rte. 1 North. Take a right on Stanwood Street (at light where there is a Cumberland Farms on your left, and a laundromat on your right). Stay on Stanwood Street until it ends at the stop sign, turn right, this is McKeen Street. From McKeen, take a left onto Baribeau Drive. Turn left on Columbia Avenue. The Junior High is at 65 Columbia Avenue.

Buckfield

- From Auburn take Rte. 4 N to blinking light in Turner.
- At blinking light turn left onto Rte. 117
- Follow Rte. 117 into Buckfield.
- In center of Buckfield go right, across bridge and take another immediate right after bridge onto Rte. 140.
- School is on left about .5 miles
- Athletic fields are behind school, up dirt access road.

Buckingham Browne and Nichols

Take Interstate 95 South to Route 93 South into Boston. In the city, take the Mass Pike West (Route 90) exit off 93 South. Take Exit 17, travel over the Charles River. Turn left onto Memorial Drive and continue straight ahead to the athletic complex on the Upper School campus (approximately two miles).

Cape Elizabeth High and Middle Schools

FROM PORTLAND NORTH ON 295:
Take exit 6A off 295, which is marked Forest Ave. South (the 2nd Forest Ave exit as you come south). Stay in the right lane and proceed to the traffic light. Turn right towards the park onto Rte. 77. (You will stay on 77 all the way to Cape Elizabeth.) Drive through the park, up State Street and over the hill (77 bears left around the monument at the top of the hill), down the hill to the water, bearing right across the drawbridge into South Portland. Once in South Portland, you will be on a four-lane road, pass the Dunkin Donuts on your left. Stay in the far right lane and be prepared to turn right (@Pizza Joint) at the next intersection onto Route 77 following signs for Cape Elizabeth. Over the next several miles, you will go through several stop lights. At the blinking light you will see a Cumberland Farms store on your right and a Mobil Service Station on your left. Continue on about another half mile. About 100 feet past the Pond Cove Shopping Center on your right is the high school's driveway.

FROM EXIT 45 OFF THE MAINE TURNPIKE (from either direction):
After going through the toll booths, continue straight ahead on the multi-lane connector to U.S. Rte. 1. At the stoplight, turn right onto Rte. 1 and go to the 2nd stoplight, at the intersection of Pleasant Hill Rd. As you approach this intersection there will be a Volvo dealership on your right. Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Rd and proceed about 3.5 miles (you will wind around a bit and go through a blinker light) until it T-intersects with Rte. 77. Turn left onto Rte 77 and go about 4 miles until you come to Cape Elizabeth High School on your left. If you pass the Pond Cove Shopping Center, you've missed the school driveway by 200 feet.

Directions to Gull Crest Field: Take the same route you would normally take to Cape Elizabeth. You should be on Route 77. When you get to the blinking light at Cumberland Farms (on your right), take a right onto Scott Dyer Road. Follow Scott Dyer until the end (about a mile). Take a left onto Spurwink Avenue. Gull Crest Field will be on the left immediately following the sign for Cape Elizabeth Transfer Station (about .5 mile). A parking lot is located right at the field.

Casco Bay Youth Hockey

Played at Travis Roy Arena at North Yarmouth Academy.

Central Maine (Pettingill Park - Ice Hockey)

Take Route 115 West to North Yarmouth. Straight on Route 231 at church with flashing traffic light -- follow signs to Routes 4/202/100 in New Gloucester OR take left off of Exit 75 of the Maine Turnpike onto Routes 4/202/100. Go straight and continue on Route 100. In Auburn, after Roy's hamburger stand, count 4 traffic lights. At the 4th light, turn left onto Hampshire Street and continue approximately 1/4 mile to Gamage Avenue; at the merge, bear right. Stay on Gamage Avenue for about 1/2 mile -- at top of slight hill, take second right onto Wilson Street. Follow green signs that say Pettingill Park.

Central Maine Civic Center

Take Exit 80 off Maine Turnpike. Follow ramp to Lisbon Road and proceed to the center of Lewiston. At the 4th light, turn right on East Avenue. At next light, turn left on Bartlett Street. At first stop sign, turn right on Birch Street. You will see the parking lot and large gray building on the left.

From Yarmouth: Take I-295 to Exit 31 (Topsham). Take a left at the top of the ramp onto Route 196 West (towards Lewiston). Travel 14 miles to Pleasant Street (Maine Public Broadcasting and Super 8 Motel on right). Take a right onto Pleasant Street. Go 1.4 miles to the intersection of East Avenue and Bartlett Street. Go straight on Bartlett Street to first stop sign (.6 miles), turn right onto Birch Street. Field is to the left of CMCC.

Cheverus High School

From South:
Take Maine Turnpike North to exit 44 (I 295, Portland)
Take I 295 North to exit 6B (Forest Ave. West/Rt. 302)
Proceed through 6 traffic lights.
Take a right turn onto Ocean Ave. after the 6th traffic light (Kentucky Fried Chicken on the right).
Continue on Ocean Ave. The high school is on the right.

From North:
Take the Maine Turnpike South to Exit 53 (Portland North)
Turn right at end of exit onto Auburn St. (Rt. 100), MERGE ONTO Washington Ave.
Turn right on Ocean Ave. (Rt. 9), Cumberland Farms is on the left.
Continue on Ocean Ave. The high school is on the left.

All levels of football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse and track competitions are played on campus (Shea Athletic Complex).
Basketball is played at McAuley High School.
Hockey is played at Portland Ice Arena.

Conway, New Hampshire (Ham Arena)

Go through Fryeburg going west on Rte. 302/113. At first light, continue straight on Rte. 113 (Rte. 302 goes right). Continue west on 113 to lights in Conway (Irving on the right). Stay straight through next set of lights (4 corner intersection). Keep straight until Kennett High School is on the right. Take left at flashing light (onto West Main St.). 1/2 mile on the left is Ham Arena.

Cony High School

Take I-95 North to Augusta, Exit 109. Off exit, take Routes 17/202 (Western Avenue) east. Go through a rotary and across the Kennebec River. At next rotary, take Route 105 toward Windsor (about 1/3 around rotary). Take 105 up the hill past Cony High School. At the top of the hill, as Route 105 continues to bear left, GO STRAIGHT on Cony Street Extension. After about a quarter mile, take a left onto Pierce Drive. The track is just beyond the tennis courts.

Deering Oaks Park

Take Route 295 to Forest Avenue South. Bear right into park. Tennis courts are halfway through park on the right.

Dirigo High School

From Yarmouth, take Route 115 to Gray. Then take Route 100 to Auburn. Take Route 4 to Livermore, then Route 108 to Peru. Cross the bridge to Route 2. At stop sign, take a right. Travel through town and at the only traffic light, take a left. Travel approximately 1 mile. Fields and school are on the right. (Travel time from Yarmouth is approximately 1.5 hours.)

Eastgate Christian

Maine Turnpike to Auburn, Exit 75. Go right onto Route 100. At blinking light, turn left onto Route 231. After 1.5 miles, at intersection just before the Village Store, turn left onto Coggs Bridge Road. Big white house and school will be on the left after the bottom of the hill.

Ellsworth High School

Take I-95 to Bangor. I-395 to Rte. 1A. Rte. 1A to Ellsworth. Ellsworth Cross Country Course is on left 1/2 mile before Ellsworth High School. Approximate travel time is 2 1/2 hours.

Exeter (Phillips Exeter Academy Ice Hockey)

From the North take I-95 South. Take Exit 2 in New Hampshire just before the Hampton tollgate. Travel West on Rte. 101 approximately 4 miles. Take Exit 11 at Rte. 108. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (Rte. 108 / Portsmouth Avenue). Turn right at the 5th traffic light (Routes 27 / 111 / 108). Turn left at bandstand; next left onto Court Street. Travel past fire/police complex. Gym will be on your left, approximately 2 blocks.

Falmouth Community Park

Take 295 to exit 10. Take a Right onto Bucknam Road. Go to next set of lights--(you will see a sign for Falmouth Town Hall and Falmouth Schools). Take a diagonal Left (towards Town Hall and Schools)-This is the Falmouth Road. Stay on Falmouth Road until a Y--take a right (still Falmouth Road). Continue past the Town Hall and Police Department on right., go over RR tracks, come to the end of the road which is a stop sign. On the Right will be a fire station--turn right onto Winn Road. Continue on Winn Road until you see 2 granite pillars on right and go through the pillars and field is on the right.

Falmouth High and Middle Schools

From Interstate 295 - North & South:
Take Bucknam Road-Falmouth exit 10. Turn right off exit. Go .2 miles to light (variety store on right). Go straight at light - sign will say Falmouth West. Look for blue signs with arrows for Falmouth Middle/High School. Go 1.3 miles and bear right onto Falmouth Road. Look again for blue signs. Go 1 mile to Woodville Road (look again for blue signs). Take right onto Woodville Road. The school is .3 mile on the left.

From Maine Turnpike 95 - North & South:
Take Exit 53 (Portland North). Go through toll booth and turn left onto Gray Road (Rt. 26). Go .2 miles to light (look for blue sign with arrows). Turn right onto Leighton Road. At the end of Leighton (.5 mile), turn right onto Falmouth Road. Travel .9 mile and turn left onto Woodville Road (look again for blue signs). The school is .3 mile on the left.

Freeport High School

From I-295, take Exit 20, Desert Road. Take Rte. 1 north. After police & fire station go STRAIGHT through light. Turn left onto Holbrook Street located just before the Reebok Outlet. Follow Holbrook Street, High School is on right. Tennis & Field Hockey on left. For Soccer, Lacrosse & Softball continue around the back of the school onto the Snow Road.

Baseball: Same as above. From Rte. 1 north, go past Holbrook Street, take next left between the GAP Outlet and the Lobster Cooker Restaurant. Follow street and parking lot to rear. Baseball field located at rear of parking lot.

Wolf Neck State Park - cross country:
Same as above. Follow Rte. 1 north. At L.L. Bean, take right onto BOW STREET. Follow signs to Wolf Neck State Park.

Pettingill Farm - cross country:
Same as above. Follow Rte. 1 north. At L.L. Bean, take right onto BOW STREET. Go past Mast Landing School, cross over salt marsh, at top of hill take first right onto Pettingill Farm Rd - follow signs

From the South: In Yarmouth, go north on Main Street, Rt. 115 - take right onto Sligo Road - go approx. 2.5 miles, course located at right.

Freeport Middle School

Take Exit 22 off I - 95. From north go right at end of exit ramp. From south go left at end of exit ramp. At McDonald's take left onto Rte. 1 north. Go 1/3 of mile. Take LEFT onto Kendall Lane. Middle School at end of street on left.

Fryeburg Academy

From Portland: Take Rte 25 to Gorham, take right onto Rte 113 in Standish. In Fryeburg take right on Main St. at monument. Take a right on Bradley St. and the gym is the next to last structure on the left. Soccer, football, field hockey and baseball fields are behind the gym. Cross-country events also start behind the gym. The softball field is across the street from the gym.
From the East: Follow 302 into Fryeburg. Take left onto Spring St. after the bowing alley. Take a right onto Bradley St. The gym is the second structure on the right.

HAM ICE ARENA, Conway, NH - FROM ROUTE 16: Follow Spaulding Turnpike (Rte. 16) into Conway. Take right onto West Main St. (across the street from Kennett High School). Ham Ice Arena is on left 1/2 mile down West Main St.

HAM ICE ARENA, Conway, NH - FROM FRYEBURG: Go through Fryeburg going west on Rte. 302 / 113. At first light, continue straight on Rte. 113 (Rte. 302 goes right). Gould Academy

-Exit 63 off Maine Turnpike. At end of exit take right to first light.
-At first light go left to second light and go left again onto Rte. 26 North.
-Travel till you go over the highway overpass and take the first left AFTER the Fire Station onto Libby Road. The high school is on the right. The middle school is 1/4 mile after the high school.

Greely High School/Junior High School

From Northern Maine:
Option #1:
Maine Turnpike (Interstate 95) south to Augusta. Continue on I-95 from Augusta to Gardiner. Exit at the Gardiner Exit and continue on 295 south to Exit 15, Yarmouth/Cumberland. Take a left onto Rt. #1, continue on this route for approximately 1 mile. Before the overpass, take a left at the Tuttle Rd. sign. Take a right at the top of the ramp onto Tuttle Road. Follow Tuttle for approximately 3 miles. Middle school is on the right. For high school, continue on Tuttle Road. Turn right onto Route #9. Greely High is on the right approx. 100yds.

Val Halla Golf Course: Continue beyond high school, on Main St. approx. 3/4 mile, turn right onto Greely Rd, then immediate right onto Val Halla Rd.

Greely Road Fields (h.s. baseball / softball / sub-varsity football): Continue beyond schools - on Main St. approx. 3/4 mile, turn right onto Greely Rd. On Greely Road, go 1.6 miles – Turn right into facility

Turn left onto Dam Street (Route 23). Continue on Route 23 about 11 miles. Turn slight left onto Water Street (Routes 15/16/6). After about 1.3 miles, turn right onto Elm Street (Routes 15/6). Continue on Routes 15/6 almost 26 miles. Turn left at the flashing light in Greenville. The school is on the left.

Groton School & Lawrence Academy

Take I-495 South to the Groton/Acton exit (Exit 31). Follow Route 119 West for 6.7 miles. At the intersection of Route 119 and Route 40, turn right onto Route 40. Go straight for about 500 yards on Route 40, then take the first right (after the Unitarian Church) into the back of Lawrence Academy. Go straight (between the tennis courts) for 300 yards until you see the Grant Rink and the Stone Athletic Center. Please park in the appropriate spaces!

To get to Groton School, go straight (past Lawrence Academy) on Route 119 through Groton Center on Main Street. At the first fork in the road (approximately 0.5 miles beyond Lawrence Academy) on Main Street go left onto Route 111 towards Ayer. Follow Route 111 for approximately 1 mile. Turn right into the Groton School at the first gate. Bear right at the fork in the road and drive to the back of the school. The Groton Rink and parking lot is on your right.

Hall-Dale High School

From Yarmouth, take I-295 north to Exit 51 (last exit before toll booth). Take right off exit ramp onto Route 126, travel two miles to the second set of lights in the city of Gardiner. Take left onto Route 201. Follow Route 201 into Farmingdale. At flashing yellow light, take a left onto Maple Street (look for signs for Hall-Dale). School is one mile on the right; fields are behind school.

Hampden Academy

Take I-95 North to Exit 180 (Hampden/Hermon-Cold Brook Rd.)-turn right. Follow Cold Brook Rd. until you come to an intersection with traffic light (1 mile). Turn right at light onto route 202. Go to next light (1/2 mile) and turn left on Western Avenue. Go to next light and turn right onto Main Rd. (Route 1A). Go approximately 1/4 mile ... Hampden Academy is on the left and the fields are on the right.

Hebron Academy

Take Route 115 into Gray and pick up Route 26. Follow 26 to intersection with Route 11. Turn right and follow to Mechanic Falls. At stop light, zig left and then right onto Route 124. Follow to West Minot (stop with store on the left) where you will take a sharp left onto Route 119. Follow for about 10 minutes (approximately 3 miles) to Hebron Academy. Ice Hockey rink is on the left.

Hillsboro Deering High School

Hyde School

Take I-295 to Brunswick, Exit 28. Follow Route 1 to Bath. After entering Bath, the road will narrow. With the Holiday Inn on your right, you will see a sign for Phippsburg and Popham Beach State Park. Take this right (High Street) and Hyde School is about 400 yards on the right. For Gymnasium, use second entrance. Follow road out behind buildings.

Jay High School

Take Maine Turnpike exit 75 toward Farmington or if you go through Gray - head north on Route 4 through Auburn. (Livermore Falls is about 30 miles from Auburn.) Stay on Route 4 (there will be construction in Livermore on Rt 4 - possible delays). When you come into Livermore Falls - you will cross a bridge (over the Androscoggin River) and immediately come to a traffic light - Turn left onto Rt 17 and Rt 133 (Main Street). Travel for about one mile -- the high school is on the right. Athletic fields are behind the school.

Kennebec Ice Arena

Take Maine Turnpike/I-95 northbound to the first Augusta exit, Exit 109 (Western Avenue). Go straight when you come off the exit and this will leave you on westbound Western Avenue. Move to the far left lane. At lights take a left onto Whitten Road. The rink is 3/4 mile down the road on the right.

Kennebunk MS Consolidated School

Take Maine Turnpike to Exit 25 Kennebunk. Go through toll booth to stop sign. Take a left (Rt 35 South), follow to center of Kennebunk (intersection with Rt. 1, Library on left, Kennebunk Savings Bank on right). Take a left at traffic light and immediately bear right, continuing past the Town Hall and Police station on Rt 35(South). Follow Rt 35, through first traffic light (Sea Rd) until you reach second traffic light in Lower Village (intersection with Rt 9, still in Kennebunk). Take a left at traffic light and follow through Dock Square (Kennebunkport), straight through and up a slight hill to stop sign. Take a right at stop sign (you will pass Graves Library on your left). Take a left onto School Street (there will be several small signs on the corner). Consolidated School is 2/10 of a mile on the right. The field is immediately after the school.

Kennebunk High School

From Maine Turnpike, take Exit 25 (Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Kennebunk Beach). Go through Toll Booth, at stop sign turn left. At 2nd stop sign, take another left (go toward Kennebunk). Go approximately 1 mile - Kennebunk High School will be on the left.

Kennebunk Cross Country Course:
From Maine Turnpike, take Exit 25 (Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Kennebunk Beach). Go through Toll Booth, at stop sign turn left. At 2nd stop sign take a right (go toward Sanford). The Cross Country Course is approximately 1/4 mile on the left side of the road. Look for a blue sign with two runners on it that says Gary Pike Cross Country Course. If you see Cummings Market on your left, you have gone too far.

Kents Hill School

Take I-95 northbound to Augusta, Exit 109. Get on Route 202 towards Winthrop. When you reach Manchester Center, take a right onto Route 17 westbound to Readfield. The next town you reach will be Kents Hill. The school is on Route 17.

Lake Region Schools

High School: Located on Rte 302 North, 3-4 miles out of Naples.
Middle School: is off 302, 3-4 miles out of Naples, turn right onto Kansas Road before Lake Region High School. School is on left.

Tennis: is played at Point Sebago Campground, 2 miles before Naples on Rte. 302. Turn left at Point Sebago Campground sign and follow to end.

Golf: is at Bridgton Highlands Country Club. Going north on Rte. 302 through the town of Bridgton take a sharp right onto Highland Ave, just before 302 makes a sharp left up a hill. Follow signs to Country Club.

Bridgton Ice Arena: follow Rt. 302 past Lake Region High School. At light in Bridgton go straight on Rt. 117. Take left onto Rt. 37 and follow direction to Bridgton Academy; the ice arena is on Hancock Street.

Take Maine Turnpike to Exit 80, take left off exit ramp. At first set of lights, take a left onto Pleasant Street. Travel for two miles, take right onto East Avenue at traffic lights. Be in the middle right lane - Lewiston High School is 500 yards on the left and the Lewiston YMCA is just past the high school on the left.

Lincoln Academy

Take Route 1 north to Wiscasset. After crossing the bridge, continue on Route 1 approximately 4-5 miles. In Newcastle, look for Chrysler car dealership on the left. Take 2nd right after dealership (Route 1 Business Bypass). At bottom of exit ramp is a brick church. Go left up the hill. School is on the hill. Field is behind gym.

Livermore Falls High School

Take Maine Turnpike exit 75 toward Farmington or if you go through Gray - head north on Route 4 through Auburn. (Livermore Falls is about 30 miles from Auburn.) Stay on Route 4 (there will be construction in Livermore on Rt 4 - possible delays). From this light the school is about one mile on this road - but curves around a couple of businesses. After you go by a Ford dealership, the school is on the left - go up the hill and take your first left into the school's driveway - go almost all the way around the school and you will come upon the field hockey field.

Madison High School

- Take the exit right after the Waterville/Oakland exit (they think it is #130) You will see a Walmart and Ruby Tuesdays near the exit. - Take a left at the light - Through Fairfield, Norridgewock, this is Route 139 - There is one light in Norridgewock, at the light take a right, this is Route 201A/Rt. 8 - Go about 8 miles - Come into Madison, at the light, take a right onto Rt. 148 - School is 1.5 miles down on your left, go around the back of the school, and the courts are up on a hill

Marshwood High School

From the Maine Turnpike, take Exit 19 in Wells, turn right onto route 109. About a 1/'2 mile, turn left onto Rte. 9. Follow all the way to the end (light) in North Berwick. Turn left onto route 4. Follow into South Berwick. Turn left onto route 236. Go past Dunkin Donuts, about 1/2 turn left again following route 236. High school is about 3 miles down on the right.

Catherine McAuley High School

To get to Haverty Field from Interstate 295: Take Washington Avenue northbound about 2.2 miles (you will have gone through 5 sets of lights and 2 caution lights). At Lib's Dairy Treats bear left at lights. Travel about 1.2 miles -- entrance to Haverty Field will be on your right immediately after cream colored house.

Messalonskee High School

Take Exit 127 off I-95. Heading north take a left at the light. (Heading south take a right at the light.) Go approximately 2 miles on Kennedy Memorial Drive until you come into the town of Oakland. Go through the 5-way intersection (traffic light) staying to the right of the Mobil Station. You will cross railroad tracks, go past the Williams Elementary School on your right, and come to a four-way intersection with a traffic light. Turn right at the light and go approximately 1/2 mile. The entrance to Messalonskee High School is on the right.

Midcoast (Dayton Arena) at Bowdoin College

Take I-295 to Exit 28 in Brunswick. Take Route 1 to Pleasant Street to Maine Street and turn right. Bear left around the First Parish Church and proceed to the stop light. Turn right onto Route 123 (Harpswell Street) Dayton Arena is one block, on the right.

Middlesex School

Take 95 South to 495 South. Follow 495 to Route 2. Take Route 2 East (towards Boston) to Concord rotary: third exit off rotary (Carlisle) onto Barrett's Mill Road and follow to blinking light (Lowell Road). Left on Lowell Road; school gate approximately two miles on right. The athletic entrance is about 1/4 mile down the road on the right. Rink is past three houses on right.

Monmouth Academy

Take Maine Turnpike to Exit 75 (Auburn). Off the exit, turn left onto Route 202. Take Route 202 through Auburn and Lewiston, toward Monmouth. After the High Moore Farm, take a right onto Norris Hill Road. Go about a mile to stop sign and turn right. You will see the academy on the right.

Morse High School Track - Located at the Bath Middle School

The track is located on Congress Street in Bath. Take Route 196 to Route 1 to Bath coming off I-295 in Topsham (Exit 31 northbound or 31A southbound). At the end of the ramp merge right onto Route 196 East. Continue on 196 East through 5 sets of traffic lights, after the lights Route 196 splites into Route 1. Take the left lane to head towards Cooks Corner/Bath. Continue on Route 1. Take the first Bath exit, Congress Ave. Go right off the ramp and take the 1st right after the BIW building on the right. You will go over the highway, proceed the 1/2 mile and down a hill. You will see McMann Field at the bottom of the hill to your left (there are tennis courts to the right of the entrance).

Mt. Abram High School

Take 95 North to Exit 112, Belgrade Lakes Exit. Follow Rt. 27 North to Farmington. Take Rt. 4 North out of Farmington by UMF. Go North through Strong onto Rt 145. Turn left at a sudden sign to Rt 142 (5 miles). Turn left at first intersection (3.6 miles).

Mount Cranmore, New Hampshire

From Yarmouth, take 115N to Gray. Left onto 202 W/115 S for 6.6 miles. Right on Rt. 302W to Rt. 16N to North Conway. Right at light onto Kearsarge Street.

Natanis Golf Course -- Vassalboro

Follow I-95 to Exit 113 (Augusta / Belfast). At the 2nd set of lights turn left onto Route 201 North. Proceed north for 5 miles, then take a right onto Webber Pond Road. (At the corner by Randy's Auto Sales) The golf course is 3.3 miles on your left.

New Hampton School -- Hampton, New Hampshire

From the Northeast, North, Northwest
Follow Interstate 93 south to Exit 23 and turn right at the end of the ramp onto Route 104 West. Proceed for 1 mile to the blinking light. Turn left at the light into the village of New Hampton. You are now on Main Street (also State Route 132). Proceed just over two tenths of a mile and you will see the main entrance to the school on your left.

From the East
(Portland 97 miles) Take Route 25 West all the way to Meredith, NH. At the lights in Meredith, turn left onto Route 3 South. Proceed about a mile to the intersection of Route 104. Bear right onto Route 104 and follow Route 104 West for 11 miles from Meredith. You will pass under Interstate 93 in New Hampton. Approximately a mile later, at the blinking light, turn left into the village of New Hampton. You are now on Main Street (also State Route 132). Proceed just over two tenths of a mile and you will see the main entrance to the school on your left.

Stay on this main road for about 1 mile till you reach a traffic light. Take left at light onto E Cummings Blvd. Middle school on your O.O.B.H.S. is 1/2 mile on right.

For O.O.B. Country Club: Country club is on Dirigo Drive, 200 yards past the last driveway entrance to the school. This is a dirt road. Approx 1/2 mile to the club.

Oxford Hills

Take Route 115 to Gray. Follow Route 26 straight through stop light. Go for about 1/2 hour. School complex is located in South Paris.

Portsmouth Abbey

Take I-95 south to 128 South (still I-95) to Route 24 south (Fall River, Newport). Take Route 195 west one-half mile to Route 24 south towards Newport. After the Sakonnect River Bridge, do not leave Route 24. Route 24 merges with Route 114. Look for green highway sign "Portsmouth Abbey and School." Take a right onto Cory's Lane. One mile to school entrance on right.

Proctor Academy

Take I-95 south to Portsmouth Circle. Get on Route 4 westbound to Concord. Take I-89 north to Exit 11. Go right onto Route 11 and follow to Andover. Arena is behind the Farrell Field House (sign at driveway) on the Main Street.

Racquet & Fitness Center

Take Congress Street westbound from I-295. Go by Westgate Shopping Center on the left and Stroudwater on the right. Bear right to continue on outer Congress Street. Center will be on the right.

Rangeley High School

Take Maine Turnpike north to Exit 75 (Auburn/Lewiston). Turn left off the exit to follow Route 4 north. Take Route 4 all the way to Rangeley. Go through the town of Rangeley and past town, at the video store and Texaco station, turn right onto Kennebago Road. Take Maine Turnpike to I-95 south to Rhode Island. Take Exit 12A to Route 113 east. Stay on 113 east (which is Main Avenue) for 2.5 miles. At the end of Route 113, take a left to Route 117 east. Take a left at first traffic light to Sandy Lane. Thayer Arena is 300 yards on the left.

Richmond Middle and High Schools

Scarborough High School: is located just off Route One, to the south of Portland and South Portland. Coming north on the Maine Turnpike, take exit 6 (Scarborough). Just after the tollbooth you will come to a traffic light. Go straight ahead until you reach Route One. Turn left on Route 1 north and go to the fifth traffic signal with the entrance to Scarborough Town Hall and the Town and Country Credit Union are on your left. Turn left into this entrance and follow the signs for Scarborough High School. Coming south on the Turnpike or from Portland, get onto Route 295 (formerly Exit 7 from the Turnpike) and go to Exit 2, which feeds onto Route One. Bear right onto Route One and go to the fifth traffic light. Turn right and follow the signs into the High School. Lots are available at the rear and side of the school.

Scarborough Middle School:Take Route 1 to Route 114 - 1/4 mile on 114 take 1st left after Tennis Courts by Public Library. School is located behind Library.

Willowdale Golf Course: Willowdale Golf Course is south on Rt. 1 from the main entrance to Scarborough High School. Going south on Rt. 1 from the high school turn left at the fourth traffic light onto Willowdale Road. The course is at the end of the road about .4 miles. If following directions to the High School from the south, after making a left on to Rt. 1 north, take a right at the first traffic signal on to Willowdale Road and the course is .4 mile at the end of the road.

Smiling Hill Farm: - MS & HS X-country - Located on Route 22 in Westbrook

Willey Field: - JV Baseball, Frosh Soccer, Frosh Football - Take Exit 7 off I-95 in So. Portland. At end of spur (Governor’s is in front of you) take a RIGHT on to Rte. 1. At second light, take a LEFT on to Pleasant Hill Rd. Go straight through intersection of Pleasant Hill Rd and Highland Ave. Tale first LEFT on to Tenney Lane. Field located at end of street.

Schenck High School - East Millinocket, ME

Take I-95 north to the Medway/East Millinocket exit (Exit 244), approximately 57 miles beyond Bangor. Turn left at the stop sign, taking the overpass back over I-95. At the first (and only) stop light (almost three miles), turn right. The school will be directly in front of you.

St. Dominic Regional High School - Auburn, ME

To High School:
- Maine Turnpike(I-95) to Exit 75 from North or South - go thru tollbooth, take left onto Washington Street
- Washington Ave. leads into Minot Ave.
- Go straight to second set of lights at intersection of Center Street and Turner Street
- Go straight at light onto Center Street - continue until you see Auburn Mall on left ahead of you

Take Maine Turnpike to I-95. Take MA-24 South toward Brockton. Merge onto I-195 W/MA-24 S via Exit 4 toward Fall River. Merge onto MA-24 S via Exit 8A toward Tiverton RI/Newport RI. Turn slight left onto RI-114S/West Main Road. Continue to follow RI-114S. Turn left onto RI-214/Valley Road. Turn slight right onto Aquidneck Avenue/RI-138A. Turn left onto Crescent Road. Turn slight left onto Purgatory Road. St. George's School is located at 372 Purgatory Road.

To go to Portsmouth Abbey School from St. George's School:
Head west on Purgatory Road toward Kane Avenue. Turn slight right onto Crescent Road. Turn right onto Aquidneck Avenue/RI-138A. Turn slight left onto RI-214/Valley Road. Turn right onto RI-114/West Main Road. Turn left onto Corys Lane. Portsmouth Abbey School is located at 285 Corys Lane, Portsmouth, less than 10 miles from St. George's.

St. Joseph's College - Standish, ME

Located on Sebago Lake in Standish, three miles from the center of North Windham. Take Exit 48 Portland/Westbrook off the Maine Turnpike. Bear right at the toll booth (following signs to North Windham) and proceed 1.5 miles to the third traffic light. Turn left onto Rt. 302 west for 11 miles to North Windham. BE CAREFUL at the rotary to stay on Rt. 302 (2nd exit or halfway through the rotary). Proceed 3 miles past rotary (2nd light) to intersection of Rts. 302 and 35. Take a left onto Rt. 35 at the traffic light and proceed for 2.3 miles into Standish. Take a right onto Whites Bridge Road and go 1.3 miles. The College entrance is on the left.

South Portland High School

Practice lacrosse fields at Wainwright Farm:
When you get off 295 in SP, take Broadway to Evans Street (like you would to get to SPHS). Instead of turning right off of Evans to go to the HS, continue on Evans until it ends at an intersection with Highland Ave. Turn right onto Highland and drive for 1.5 miles. Look for a maroon sign for Parkway Condos on your right; just after the sign, you'll turn right onto Gary Maietta Parkway. You can't miss the field complex from there. And be prepared that it is a 5-minute walk out to the lacrosse field.

Thornton Academy - Saco, ME

Take Maine Turnpike south to Exit 5. Off the ramp, turn right onto Route 1 southbound. Go past the fast food chains and school is on the right.

Tilton School

Take Maine Turnpike to I-95. From I-95 take Routes 4 & 202 west to Concord. Follow Route 93 north to Exit 20. Turn right off the exit onto Routes 3 & 11 west and follow to the center of town. After the big statue in the center of the street, turn right onto School Street. Ice hockey arena is on the right.

To the Tilton School athletic fields:

To get to the athletic fields from 93 North, take Exit 19. Take a left at the bottom of the exit. Stay to the left when the road forks, following signs to Tilton and Spaulding Youth Center. This will be Route 132 (Park Street). Stay on this road for a total of 1/2 mile from the exit. Take a left on Sargent Street directly before the Exxon Park & Go gas station. You will see a sign for the Tilton School fields on your right (1/10 mile).

Traip Academy

To go to the School: From the Maine Turnpike, about 5 miles South of the York Toll Plaza, take Exit 2 (Kittery/South Berwick). This exit will take you to route 236, turn right and go over the Interstate heading to the Kittery Traffic Circle (.3 miles). Go halfway around the circle turning right after the Dairy Queen. Travel 1 mile then turn right after Brooks Pharmacy. Take 3rd left (.2 miles), Williams Avenue, the school will be on your right.

To go to SOCCER / TRACK / JV SOFTBALL FIELDS: Go left on 236N (approximately 1 mile). Take a right at light. Field .8 of mile on left.

To go to FOOTBALL / FIELD HOCKEY / BASEBALL / SOFTBALL FIELDS: Go right off from exit onto 236S to traffic circle (approximately .3 miles) Once on traffic circle take immediate right off circle. Fields are located on the left about 1 mile from traffic circle.

To CROSS COUNTRY COURSE: Follow directions to the Osco Drug Store. Stay on this road for another 5 miles. Bear right at the Sunoco Gas Station. Go approximately 1/2 mile and bear right again until you see a bridge at an intersection. Go right onto bridge and take a right to Fort Foster park. Park is located at the end of road.

Troy Middle School -- Belfast

Take Route 1 North to Belfast. In Belfast there is one set of traffic lights. At these lights, take a left onto Lincolnville Ave. Troy Middle School is 1/3 of a mile up Lincolnville Ave. on the right.
OR
95 North to Augusta. Get off 95 and onto Route 3 (exit 109). Take Route 3 until the junction of Route 3 and Route 1. At this junction, take a right. Follow this road until a traffic light (one block away) and then take a right onto Lincolnville Rd. Troy Middle School is 1/3 of a mile up Lincolnville Rd. on the right.

Twin Brooks Recreation Area

Follow directions to Greely High School. At light in the middle of town on Route 9, turn left onto Tuttle Road. Go approximately 2-3 miles. Area is on the left.

Val Halla Golf Course

Take Main Street out of Yarmouth. Go left at Doughty Road. At end of road, turn right onto Greely Road. Road to Val Halla is on the left.

Valley High School

Coming From the South - Take Exit 133 from the Interstate, head north on Route 201 through Skowhegan. Continue on 201 North. As you come into the middle of Bingham you will see Jimmy's Market on your left, and Quimby Elementary School on your right. Our Girl's soccer and softball teams play in back of the Quimby Elementary School.

To reach Valley High School, continue on Route 201 North until you come to Meadow Street on your right. This street is directly across the road from the Kingfield Savings Bank, which will be on your left. Take the right onto Meadow Street and continue to travel until you come into the Valley parking lot.

Waterville HS Hockey - Colby College, Waterville

Take I-95 north to the first Waterville exit; go right off the ramp. Turn left at Dexter Shoe. Follow that road all the way to the rink.

Waynflete School

The Fore River Fields Athletic Complex (Soccer, Lacrosse, Baseball, Tennis, Field Hockey):
From North or South, take Congress Street West (Rte 22) exit off I-295 and head west away from town. Go approximately 0.8 miles and take the first left after the RR Crossing onto Hobart Street. At about .3 miles turn right onto Osgood Street and follow straight to athletic fields.

Fore River Fields From the West on Rte 22: Turn right onto Hobart Street about 1 mile after the Portland Jetport Access road and 50 yards before the RR Crossing. At about .3 miles turn right onto Osgood Street and follow straight to athletic fields.

The Waynflete School Gym:
From the North or South: Take Congress Street (Rte 22) exit off I-295 and head east or downtown. Go past traffic light at intersection with St. John Street and go up the hill. At the top of the hill turn right onto Bramhall Street and then fork left onto Vaughn Street. Follow Vaughn about one half mile and turn left onto spring Street. School is just ahead on the right. Buses should drop teams off in front of that Administrative Building - the gym is located just behind.

From the West: Take Rte 22 past St. John Street, up the hill and turn right onto Bramhall Street, then follow directions above. Nearby parking for buses can be found by continuing on Spring Street to the next stop sign and turning right onto Emery Street. Turn right at next stop onto Danforth and look ahead for roadside parking between Fletcher and Storer Streets. If there is no available parking there continue ahead to the next stop sign and turn right onto Vaughan Street for parking.

Softball at Southern Maine Community College. (SMCC):
From the West, in on Rte. 22 or from the North or South, take Congress Street (Rte 22) exit off I-295 and head east or downtown until traffic light / intersection w/ St. John Street (Rte. 1), turn right. Go about .7 miles to rotary to the end of St. John Street. Go halfway around rotary and off onto Rte/ 1A (Commercial Street). Turn left in less than 1 mile for Casco Bay Bridge to South Portland. The first full traffic light after bridge you merge with Broadway. Go straight a head on Broadway following all the way to end, approx 1.6 miles. Turn right onto Pickett, the right at next stop sign onto Fort Street. You’ll see the two fields, on your left. Parking is available back on Pickett Street.

Wells High School

Take Turnpike Exit 19. After toll booth turn left. About 1.5 miles on right is sign for school and school entrance.

Soccer, Track, Lacrosse: are played on Forbes Field which is 1.5 miles from W.H.S., take a right on Rte. 1 South, travel .5 mile south.

Cape Neddick Country Club: Take I-95 (Maine Turnpike) to Wells, Exit 19, East 1 mile to US 1, South (R) on US 1, approximately 5 miles to the center of Ogunquit. Angle left onto Shore Road (middle road of three). The Club is approximately 2.2 miles south on the right side of Shore Road. When you approach “Perkins Cove” there is a fork in the road, bear right. Winding road, allow for 20 minutes from the HS.

Recreation Dept Fields: From Maine Turnpike Exit 19 - Go Right on 109 to blinking light approx 1mi. Take Right on Route 9A. Fields on left about 1 mile.

Westbrook High School - Vocational School

From Exit 48 of the Maine Turnpike, after the toll booth, go straight through first two intersections. At third intersection, turn left onto Wayside Drive (Route 25 bypass). Follow this until you see a blue Dunkin' Donuts sign on your left. At that sign take a left onto Stroudwater Avenue. The school will be about 1/2 a mile on your right.

Windham High School

From Portland, take Forest Ave. (Rt. 302) north to Windham. At the rotary in North Windham (immediately following Hancock Lumber), take Rt. 202 West toward Gorham. The high school is 1 mile on the right. There is a lot of construction going on at the school so watch the signs.

Windham Junior High

Take Route 115 to Route 202 in Gray. Follow Route 202 south to Windham Schools complex.

Winslow - Sukee Arena

Take I-95 to Augusta. At Exit 109, bear right off the ramp onto Western Avenue. Proceed to the rotary. Go half way around and bear right over the bridge (Route 201). At the next rotary, go around to follow Route 201 to Vassalboro/Waterville. Arena is next to Fort Halifax, parking on the right (not easily seen from the road-about half a mile from the Winslow town line.)

Winthrop High School

Take 95 North to the first Augusta Exit. (Exit 109--sign says Augusta/Winthrop). From exit ramp take 202 West towards Winthrop. Go about 7-8 miles. You will pass a mini mall. About 1/2 mile after the mini mall you will come to a yellow blinking light. Take a right at the light. About 100 yards after you take this right you will see the school on your left. Take the first left hand turn you come to after you can see the school. This will take you to the athletic fields.

Wiscasset High School

Take Route 1 north to Wiscasset. Take a left after the fire station onto Route 27. The school is one mile on the left. Fields are behind the school, courts are in front.

Worcester Academy - Worcester, MA

From the Mass Pike (east): Exit 10 (Worcester/Auburn). Pick up 290 going east to Exit 13 (Vernon Street). Turn right onto Vernon Street; take second left (Dorchester Street) to top of hill; cross Providence Street. Entrance to gym parking lot is on the left.

From the Mass Pike (east): Exit 10A or Route 146 (north). Follow Route 146 toward Worcester. At the end of 146 (at the traffic lights) take a left and stay to the right. At the next traffic light take a right (sign says Rte. 122A, Vernon Hill, Kelly Square) onto Providence Street. Stay straight through set of lights. At the four-way stop sign, go right onto Dorchester Street. Entrance to gym parking lot is on the left.

From Route 495: Pick up 290 heading west to Exit 13 (Vernon Street/Kelly Square). Turn left onto Vernon Street (cross over 290); take second left (Dorchester Street) to top of the hill; cross Providence Street. Entrance to gym parking lot is on the left.

Busses are not permitted to park inside main campus.

Yarmouth High School

From the North: Take Route 115 out of Gray to Yarmouth. At the second set of lights in Yarmouth, turn left onto Route One South towards Portland. At the second set of lights on Route One (Mobil gas station will be on your left), take a right onto Portland Street. Quality Containers of New England will be to your right. The new entrance for all high school events is the road immediately after the Quality Containers of New England entrance.
