Early Decision Acceptance-Invited
Your child has been invited to attend North Yarmouth Academy and shows promise not only of benefiting from, but also contributing to the school community.
Your child is offered an enrollment position. You must withdraw any applications for admission to other schools and submit a $1,500 deposit to hold the
position.
Early Decision Postponed to First Round
Your child has the potential to meet or exceed the minimum qualification to attend North Yarmouth Academy, but the Admission Committee requires more
information from the current school year. Candidates postponed to First Round must submit updated transcripts by February 10 and will be considered with
all other First Round candidates.
Acceptance-Invited
Your child is invited to attend North Yarmouth Academy and shows promise of not only benefiting from, but also contributing to the school community. Your
child is offered an enrollment position. You must accept or decline the school's offer on or before the date indicated in the acceptance letter. A $1,500
deposit will be necessary to hold the position.
Acceptance-Wait List
Your child meets or exceeds the minimum qualification to attend North Yarmouth Academy, but there are no places currently available. The Wait List is a
small number of qualified candidates available to fill a specific opening in a specific grade. Wait List candidates are not prioritized. When an opening
arises in a particular grade, the Admission Committee reconvenes to determine which candidate on the Wait List can best fill that position. The Wait List
does not carry over from one application season to another.
Non-Acceptance
Non-Acceptance indicates that, at this particular time, the Admission Committee has determined that North Yarmouth Academy is not the appropriate educational
match for your child, or that there is not an opportunity for a position among the current applicant pool.
