University of Maine Hockey Players and Coach Whitehead Visit North Yarmouth Academy Sunday

January 9, 2008, Yarmouth, Maine: North Yarmouth Academy (NYA) boys and girls hockey players will be visited by members of the University of Maine Men's and Women's Hockey Team, Coach Tim Whitehead and Coach Dan Kerluke on Sunday, January 13, 2008.

Ten University of Maine hockey players will host a clinic for both Middle School and Upper School NYA hockey players from 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. in Travis Roy Arena (497 US Route 1, Yarmouth). They will also have lunch followed by a question and answer/autograph session in the Safford Center (148 Main Street, Yarmouth). The event will begin at 1:45 p.m. with introductions at Travis Roy Arena. Half of the University of Maine players will conduct a hockey clinic for the Middle School players on the ice from 2:10 – 3:05 p.m. During this time, the Upper School players will have lunch in the Safford Center. The groups will then switch, and the Upper School will be on the ice at 3:20 p.m. while the Middle School players will go to lunch.
